Australian Open 2012

By | January 16, 2012

In addition to the sunshine and fresh air, a game of doubles is a great way to work on reflexes, agility and balance.

With the Australian Open starting today I would like to remind all of you that tennis is not just for Nadal, Federer and Djokovic. Tennis is an excellent form of exercise for people of all ages. We have many patients at Schlesinger Pain Centers who play. In addition to the sunshine and fresh air, it’s good for your reflexes, agility and balance. At the club we have a group of 70 and 80 year olds who play every weekend and by all appearances they enjoy every bit as much as the kids.
