Back Exercises – Romanian Dead Lifts

The Romanian Deadlift works not only the back, gluts and hamstrings it is also an excellent way to improve your balance.  This is a relatively advanced exercise and on that we don’t introduce to all of the patients here at Schlesinger Pain Centers, but for the more ambitious it gives maximum benefit for a minimum measure of time.
